White Pines summer music series begins July 17

Bensenville, Ill. (July 8, 2025)— The Bensenville Park District invites the community to enjoy the vibrant sounds of summer at White Pines Golf Club as the White Pines Summer Music Series features a dynamic slate of local performances. Sponsored by Fireball Whisky, the series features a variety of musical styles—from high-energy cover bands and classic rock to the lively beats of salsa music.

The Live at White Pines summer concert series begins from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, July 17, with In Session Band performing outside 37 Bar & Grill. A fan favorite in the Chicago music scene for over 15 years, In Session delivers an upbeat, crowd-pleasing set that keeps audiences dancing from the first note to the last.

The series continues with a dynamic, can’t-miss performance by Together, Chicagoland’s premier English/Spanish showband, from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday, August 9. This free community event promises an evening of live entertainment, dancing, food and fun. Food and beverage service will begin at 6 p.m., with Together taking the stage at 7:30 p.m. The twelve-member ensemble is known for its electrifying stage presence and diverse musical styles, blending pop, R&B, big band, Latin rock, and Spanish-language favorites into an unforgettable live show.

The music keeps rolling from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, August 21, when Strung Out takes the stage outside 37 Bar & Grill. This energetic, local cover band is sure to deliver a memorable evening filled with favorite hits and great vibes.

The series wraps up in style with Live at White Pines: Salsa Night, featuring Trabuco, Thursday, September 19, at the White Pines Pavilion. The evening is part of the park district’s Hispanic Heritage Month activities and kicks off at 6 p.m. with salsa lessons for those eager to learn the steps, followed by live music and dancing under the stars.

“These events highlight everything that makes summer special at White Pines,” said Andrew Godfrey, PGA General Manager at White Pines Golf Club. “It’s more than just golf—it’s about bringing the community together for unforgettable evenings of music, food and fun in a beautiful outdoor setting.”

All events are free and open to the public. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site, and Fireball Whisky drink specials will be featured throughout the series.
